What is Muira Puama?

Muira Puama is a small tree up to 15 feet in height native to the Brazilian Amazon. The bark and root are the primary parts of Muira Puama that are utilized. Indigenous peoples have used Muira Puama as an herbal tonic due to its nutritional supportive value. Muira Puama is also referred to as "potency wood," by indigenous tribes.  It grows in Brazil, where it has been used for its properties by both men and women.

Directions

Take two capsules up to three times daily with a meal or glass of water.
