Herb Pharm prepares their Calendula Oil from whole flowers of Calendula officinalis plants, which are certified organically grown on their own farm. To assure optimal extraction of Calendula's bioactive compounds, the flowers are hand-harvested while in full bloom, and are carefully shade-dried to retain their full color and aroma. The flowers are then thoroughly extracted and concentrated into cold-pressed certified organic olive oil. Herb Pharm's Calendula oil is never fumigated or irradiated. Contains certified organic olive oil and Calendula extractives.
