SAM-e or S-adenosyl-methionine is classified as a methyl donor. Methyl donors contribute chemical groups known as methyl groups for chemical reactions involving liver detoxification (removal of toxins from the body), neurotransmitter synthesis (particularly in the brain), and the synthesis of most sulfur-containing chemicals and body structures such as the antioxidant glutathione and the cartilage that protects our joints. Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) entericcoated tablet, two (2) times daily between meals, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
